My Story — The Art of Rising

"I didn't choose this path. This path chose me."

For years, the world saw someone who performed effortlessly — leading international teams across Europe, India and the Philippines. What the world didn't see was the quiet voice inside that kept whispering : "There is something more. Something that is truly yours."

The turning point came unexpectedly. Laid off on my birthday, faced with loss that stripped everything away, alone with my daughter, I had a choice : collapse, or rise. I chose to rise.

That journey led me to a conference room where a woman decoded my entire identity through numbers — and I sat there, stunned, recognizing myself for the very first time. It led me to coaching young people in the streets of Guadeloupe, while simultaneously accompanying executives and business leaders navigating their own crossroads. From the most vulnerable to the most powerful — I realized the human need is always the same : to be seen, understood and guided toward their own light.

And ultimately, Saint-Martin — a leap of faith taken in silence, with nothing but a one-way ticket and an unshakeable conviction : Everything happens for a reason. That conviction is the heartbeat of YUPGRADE. Every single day.
